Young Carers in Northumberland have recently completed a survey identifying the hardest things about being a young carer, what they would like from a young carers service, what support they would like from schools and what support they would like from home.
The Young Carers Service in Northumberland supports children under 18 years old who have a caring role. This service ensures that children and young people have the support they need to learn, develop and thrive, to enjoy positive childhoods and to achieve their full potential.
